Innovative Locking Systems Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that Sure-Lock shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship, other than deterioration of the original finish, for the life of the product. Innovative Locking Systems Inc. will at its option, repair or replace any Product which upon inspection by Innovative Locking Systems Inc., is determined to be defective or to have malfunctioned or otherwise failed to conform to this warranty under normal use and service during the term of this warranty, at no charge for parts or labor. Provided the product has not been modified, abused, misused, installed and operated to the contrary to the furnished instructions.
Innovative Locking Systems Inc. maximum liability hereunder shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Innovative Locking Systems Inc. be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages off any nature arising from the sale or use of the product, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. This is the only express warranty provided by Innovative Locking Systems Inc. that is applicable to the Product. Innovative Locking Systems Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other party to offer or assume for it any other express warranty.
